Helen Booth, born in 1967, is a British painter who currently lives and works in South West Wales in the UK. Her paintings are concerned with concepts of love, loss and memory.
The forming and transforming of memories is at the heart of Booth’s work. She spins delicate web-like threads of paint onto the canvas, which then forms complex interlacing structures, evocative of the evasive nature of memory.
She has won many awards for her paintings, including the prestigious Pollock Krasner Award and commissions include works for Barclays Bank, Candy & Candy and several London 5 Star Hotels.
